I am PT Denis.  I am the current Guinness world record holder for the most crossovers with a skipping rope in 60 seconds, and I run a performing arts organisation called ‘Skip Beatz’.

Skip Beatz deliver ultraviolet skipping workshops, provide presentations about the world record and ultraviolet performances focussed on positive actions resulting in success.

PT Denis also delivers a behaviour support programme called ‘Exercise behaviour’ which involves young people playing multi-sports inside a large scale behaviour scale, taking individuals on a journey of self-discovery about their own behaviour.

The programme is delivered as a small group intervention, whole school model and also staff training programmes, providing access to all the resources through an online database.

Fee Structure:

Skip Beatz - Performances & Workshops: From £50 per hour (Including set up, performance, presentation and skipping to music skill sessions)

Exercise Behaviour: Small group support priced per student. Whole school models and 'How to deliver' staff training programmes are priced at a yearly cost. Costs discussed within meetings

Staff Training:

As part of my behaviour programme 'Exercise Behaviour', I offer staff training on how to deliver the programme and use the system so that a member of staff can deliver the intervention within your school.

I also offer staff training on the whole school model that involves the use of the 'Exercise Behaviour Sclae' within the classroom.

Through Skip Beatz, I can offer staff skipping workshops for staff to work together, exercise and have fun!
