Calling Central Bedfordshire Providers to The Dunstable Pioneering Partnerships Programme

The Dunstable Pioneering Partnerships Programme

The Pioneering Partnerships Programme has developed in response to the research findings of Make Way for Culture and is designed to build relationships between The Grove, Inspiring Music, Central Bedfordshire libraries and three local schools. Through facilitated sessions the cohort will work together to build and test a schools and children’s and young people’s offer, including funding to pilot new creative and cultural activities and support to build in Arts Award. This will take place throughout Spring and Summer term 2020. This is a peer-to-peer professional development programme that will enable the participants to work in deep collaboration with one another over two terms to improve the engagement of schools and their pupils based in Dunstable in the cultural activity. We are currently recruiting the schools to take part.

How you can get involved: If you are a Culture Challenge provider in Dunstable or surrounding areas then you will be given an opportunity to join one of the training days in order to meet the participating schools. An invite will be sent out nearer the time, but if you are especially keen and want to throw your hat into the ring now then please do contact Kayte.

There will be a sharing event on the 1st July 2020 which will be open to anyone in the education or creative and cultural sectors in Central Bedfordshire, so please do save the date
