As the nights draw in and the leaves turn golden, we are delighted to let you know that The Culture Challenge has achieved funding to operate across Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire this academic year. Central Bedfordshire Council are supporting us to grow into Central Bedfordshire, and the Harpur Trust, our long-time Bedford Borough supporters, have committed to us until summer of 2022.

We are extremely grateful for their support allowing us to continue the work we do to support the schools, young people and cultural sectors in Bedfordshire. Whilst we will no longer be formally operating in Milton Keynes or Luton we will continue to represent existing Culture Challenge practitioners in those areas, and communicate with all schools who have signed up to our mailing list.

Whilst our communication service will continue in this wider area, our fundraising, brokerage and CPD will be focused entirely on Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire.
