I have been delivering Bespoke Art and Craft Workshops in mixed media to groups now for about 10 years. I run this as a freelance service alongside my own art practice where I regularly exhibit my own work, curate exhibitions and work on private commissions.
My workshops are fun, inspiring and engaging and give students a positive experience that raises confidence and promotes personal development.
I have worked with students from reception age right through to retired adults. These groups have included: schools, community groups, home-educated groups, festivals, private groups and parties, retirement centres and safe houses. I am used to working with all different learning abilities.
I can offer half day or full day workshops as well as displays and prop making in the following mediums:
- Felt Making
- Print Making
I have completed training in Drawing and Talking (Trauma Therapy) for children- Please contact me for further details on this service.
Recently I had the pleasure to work with numerous schools for The Harpur Trust on their 450th Art Competition.
“Thank you so much for all the wonderful art workshops you have run with key stage 2. You are truly talented and have inspired so many children. We have really enjoyed working with you.” Mrs Collis – Oakley Lower School
“Thank you for inspiring our children to make wonderful artwork.” Mrs Elderkin – Livingston Primary
“Anne-Marie’s knowledge of her subject and how to adapt the work for others was excellent. She was very enthusiastic and encouraging toward staff and students and went out of her way to spend individual time with all students to help them develop. She encouraged more able students to support the less able. A fantastic experience for both students and staff. Thank you for giving us this opportunity.” Mrs Connelly – Woodlands Secondary School
