Leaders for Impact is a leadership development programme for Head teachers and senior school leaders who are in a position to influence whole school approaches to cultural learning in the ROHB region (which includes Bedfordshire).

It will enable 15 committed and experienced professionals to increase their professional impact by honing their leadership skills. The Royal Opera House are seeking participants that are leading – or are ambitious to lead – on cultural learning in their school community and beyond.

Participants will be driven by the desire to make change happen on a whole school, local and national level. Leaders for Impact will connect participants with a network of previously participating leaders to collaborate on, support, and embed innovative practice. The deadline to apply to join the 2019/2020 programme is Tuesday 23rd April 2019.
