Leaders for Impact: Royal Opera House Bridge
Leaders for Impact is a leadership development programme for teachers in a position to influence whole school approaches to arts and cultural learning.

The pilot programme will enable 12 committed and experienced professionals more than 12 days of tailored leadership development training, inspiration and support. Participants will develop innovative approaches to problem solving, share inspiration through peer learning, and pursue tailored programmes of individual knowledge and practice-based learning. They will return to school re-invigorated, better networked, and empowered with advanced skills to make a stronger contribution to school improvement.

The programme will run from September 2017 to January 2018.

How to Apply:
Applications are welcomed from senior leaders and experienced teachers from schools across the ROH Bridge region (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, North Kent and Essex) who are:

  • Leading or are ambitious to lead on cultural learning in and beyond their community
  • In a position to make change happen
  • Able to have an influence beyond their school

For this pilot year only, there will be no charge for taking part in the programme. The application process is a simple Google Form, available here.
