Project Manager – The Secret Self(ie) Project
£4,860 fixed fee (flexible working essential between June – Sept 2019)
MK Gallery’s Learning Team seeks an enthusiastic and experienced freelancer with exceptional project management skills to undertake a fixed term contract. The freelance Project Manager will have responsibility for the coordination, mentoring, development, delivery and evaluation of MK Gallery’s 2019 summer youth programme – The Secret Self(ie) Project (TSSP). TSSP offers a six-week summer programme for all young people aged between 14 and 18, but particularly those experiencing life challenges. As a participant-led programme the Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that young people’s thoughts and aspirations are paramount by actively encouraging community participation; social sharing and inclusion; individual and group choice.
Applicants are asked to ensure they have availability between June and September 2019 with the vast majority of contact days with participants programmed for the summer holiday period (22 July – 2 Sept).
