We are a professional and highly experienced puppet theatre. We offer theatre performances to schools based on traditional tales.  Our shows are roughly 60 minutes long and we can do two performances a day.  We are also more than happy to do a Q&A session after the show – especially as we make everything ourselves.  The show that we are currently touring is The Magic Porridge Pot & Other Tasty Tales – this is a puppetry and storytelling show with three tales all based round food – The Magic Porridge Pot;  Stone Soup; and The Gingerbread Man. As an alternative to the shows we are now offering schools the chance to book one of our storytelling sessions (Skinny Widd Stories).  We currently have 9 different stories to offer and they will be storytelling with quirky props.  These will be ideal for smaller schools.  We can do these sessions in the classroom, libraries, halls or even outside.  The sessions run for about 45 minutes and are highly interactive.

We also offer simple workshops – Watching, Playing, Making:  An introduction to Puppetry.  These are ideal to launch any puppet making projects. The workshops last 1 ½ hours and there can be three in a day.
